Free digital classes to link older and younger people

A charity initiative to link older and younger people to improve digital literacy, combat social isolation and connect with the wider community is to hold free workshops throughout Northern Ireland over the coming months.

Linking Generations NI is part of the UK charity the Beth Johnson Foundation. The workshops are on using digital technology to nurture links between generations in the community.

The workshops will be held in:

• Enniskillen Library: Tuesday 22nd August 2.30-5pm

• Banbridge Library: Tuesday 26th September 2.30 – 5pm

• Ballymena Library: Tuesday 10th October 2.30-5pm

• Holywood Arches Library (Belfast): Tuesday 24th October 2.30-5pm
