Nowadays if you have an iPhone or iPhone in your pocket you have the technology to film and edit videos.
Taught by former Belfast Telegraph video journalist and trainer Kirsten Elder, participants will learn basic film and edit techniques on their device, enabling them to produce their own professional video content.
Kirsten has taught journalists at the Belfast Telegraph how to produce videos using iPhones and iPhones and worked for the digital Bel Tel for several years earning herself a nomination for CIPR Production Journalist of the Year in 2016. She has also worked as a reporter for Downtown Radio/Cool FM
The objective of the workshop is to give participants the knowledge and skills to film and edit a quality video on an iPad/iPhone. The sessions includes an introduction to iPad video recording techniques to shoot professional-looking footage, training in editing skills, and uploading and sharing videos to the web.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone wanting to produce their own video content for information or marketing.
REQUIREMENTS: Students must have their own iPad or iPhone.
